Onofrio Dog Shows
Acknowledgment and Thanks

I found Fran-k's Cockers through the Cocker Spaniel Information Pages site in February of 2002. In late March of 2002, I met Frances Kimble of Fran-K's Cockers and bought LizE. Her dam is Ez-Street Fran-K's Ginger, and her sire is CH B-Mac's Tri Without a Doubt from B-Mac's Cockers. Joni Schaff of D. H. Cockers was very helpful when I was looking for information about participating in dog shows. Then Frances emailed me in early 2003 letting me know that she had a litter of 3 males and asked if I was interested. Yes, I was interested! Frances flew Dudley out to me on May 1, 2003. Dudley's dam is Fran-K's Alley Cat, and his sire is Sta-Mar's Cocker's Ch Sta-Mar's Jimmy James. Now, last year I have met Tim Fuller of TTM Cockers of Oswego, Kansas and I got Katie Ball de Rojo Dowger and Dan got Little Lucy from Tim. Katie's and Lucy's dam is Edna Lucille Meah, and their sire is CH-B-Mac's Mercury Rising, who is owned by Cindy Helvey of Sandcastel Kennels in Claremore, Oklahoma. I am so pleased with both of the pups that we got from Tim this year that I am thinking about getting one more pup from him next year! Also, I couldn't be more pleased about the friendship that has formed between the Fuller family and myself. Tim reminds me of my boyfriend ... he's just a ol' redneck softie. The AKC site gave me a treasure chest of valuable information. Onofrio Dog Shows raised my awareness of champion bred Cocker Spaniel, and Little River Pet Shop makes finding supplies necessary for taking care of these guys easy to find ... for all of you - Thank you.

And to those closer to my home: Joe Cabaza, webmaster at Grey Steppe Studios and Our Spirit Heart, walked me through the steps to putting this site together. Dan McCallister takes care of our Cocker Spaniels and is our "chief kennel master." My granddaughters, Corrina Nyx Moody, Lillian Faye Moody, and Aleksandrea Marie Smith, are my Cocker's playmates and my associate Cocker Spaniel trainers. Burr Passenheim is my brown guys Cocker Dad ... for all of you - Thank you.

Last, but not least, I would like to acknowledge all of the men and women who have served or are serving in our armed forces and who have worked or are working to support our armed forces through research, science and engineering. These men and women are the heroes that have kept and will continue to keep the United States of America "the land of the free, and the home of the brave". I have not forgotten . . . I will not forget. I am very proud of you, I am proud to be an American, and I am proud that America is standing firm on freedom! For all of you - Thank you.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for making such an impact in my life!
