Other Uses - Alternative Treatments

Fleas -You may not need to use flea dips in the winter when you add a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar to animals meals (twice a day, every day). Solution works better in cooler months.

Hot Spots - Apply the gel from a fresh aloe leaf clipping as soon as you notice your dog may be getting a hot spot. The bitter taste of the aloe deters dogs from licking the area and as such the hot spot heals extraordinarily quickly.

Allergies - [stops itchy, weeping eyes] Mix one tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar in with food twice a day.

Arthritis - Give two teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar daily mixed in food, along with other supplements like Glocosamine and Chondroitin. Also, like people, dog do not have as much calcium absorption ability as they age, so calcium supplementation is very important.
